I'm running multi WAN in a failover configuration, Virgin Media on the primary and Smarty 4G on the secondary.

Question re multi WAN and DNS. I have Cloudflare DNS configured on the primary and Quad9 on the secondary.

However looking at the packet capture for the secondary WAN interface it uses cloudflare servers, yet under the general settings it's configured for Quad9. I'm yet to see a query go to Quad9. What am I missing?

The failover works etc. as primary WAN connection went down the other night and the devices I wanted to to have internet access did via the WAN failover group that had been setup in routing and then associated the relevant rules.

I do have TAC-Lite support on this home install and it's running 24.03.
