Unable to register token

I purchased the + upgrade in March and it was working ok but when I moved house I was using the new ISP router.
Have just reinstalled pfsense but it won't accept the registration token from the email. After entering the key and clicking register it says "thank you for purchasing pfsense" and the register button becomes greyed out.
The page never refreshes (left it for an hour) and if I go back to the dashboard it still says community edition.

You can't use the token more than once. But if you just reinstalled the NDI of the machine should not have changed so it should already be registered. You wouldn't need to register again.

it's sorted now, opened a support ticket and netgate reassigned the token to my new NDI.
