      Hi,

A handful of my Netgate devices (3100, 2100) are stuck on the Previous Stable Version branch (23.09), i.e. the 'Latest Stable Version' is not shown.

I've tried the troubleshooting documentation but nothing I have tried has worked, I don't have the Latest Stable Version' branch available.

      Any thoughts?

@negate2 Can you post the output of the commands?

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

@ranking3785 try with the -d debug switch:
            https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/upgrades.html#manual-update-check
            https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/upgrades.html#debug-pkg-metadata-update

            Is Diagnostics/DNS working?

And just to ask, are you aware it’s EOL?

The 3100 should see 24.03 though.

Yes, that looks like a DNS issue. But also it's still trying to reach 23.09.1. Do you see 24.03 as an available branch?

I encountered an issue with my DNS settings, but surprisingly, my internet connection was still functioning. After resolving the DNS problem, I noticed that version 24.03 was available as an upgrade. While I'm aware that the 3100 model has reached its End of Life (EoL) status, I'm not particularly concerned since I don't use any of the packages that are no longer supported.

                Thanks for the assistance.
