SG-2220 finally got the bug

Just had my parents SG 2220 die to what is probably the Intel bug..
Curious if anyone knows roughly when these things were first put on the market? I believe this one was about ten years old.

It would have been 2014. Might have been some in 2013. I could tell you for sure if you send me the serial number in chat.
