            Yeah, but how much?

You are probably going to pay more than that for something custom with routable IP addresses.

And please specify bytes or bits. It's pretty tough to tell if someone knows that b = bits and B = bytes.

Please specify metering in amount transferred per month or a commited transfer rate. They are two entirely different things.

So let me get this right.. Your government blocks internet, so you want a company to bypass this for you with a direct line?  Or your just looking for a vpn service that is not blocked by your government..

While I can understand the desire, Why would any company, how for that matter violate a government policy by putting in a direct line that bypasses their restrictions?

So I take it your just asking for a VPN with inbound traffic to you?  That could be blocked by your government next week - this is the problem!!

                      100MB bandwith

                      Is that:

                      100 megabytes per month/week/day/hour?

100 megabytes per second (800 megabits per second)?

                      100 megabits per second?

                            you want a 100MB connection… So a Gig connection..

You can not just route traffic how you want over a government controlled setup.. It doesn't work that way.. Doesn't matter if you advertise your routes via BGP or not ;)  Now using dn42 ok, this is just big vpn to be honest..

What country are you in - I find it hard to believe they would be doing any sort of blocking at any level and allow dn42 to function.. Since this makes all their blocking just useless..

I guess this will be somewhere that has a great firewall (or similar). But they allow access to a lot of "ordinary" internet sites, and allow "registered" VPNs from companies that apply and have legitimate need to connect international offices and so on. In that sort of environment, some ordinary "private" web site like "joeblogs.example.com" at port 80 is not going to be blocked. (possibly other well-known port numbers will have a general block, e.g. 1194.) So if joeblogs makes a VPN server available on port 80 then it is quite likely that a connection can succeed. joeblogs can route traffic in/out of that VPN. It is likely that it might stay "under the radar" for some time, if there are not a whole lot of other connections from said country - i.e. as long as joeblogs does not start looking like a major VPN provider.

Of course, if the client in said country wants traffic for public IPs registered in said country to be routed through the VPN, then that is not going to happen. The client will be NATed out of the VPN and be seen to have a public IP in the host country.

As the Greek philosopher Isosceles used to say, "There are 3 sides to every triangle."

Yup agree.. Maybe he is actually looking for just a DC/Colo out his country where he can get a 100MB unmetered connection with IPs, etc.

Since you don't just come in with a 100MB connection into a locked down country with an unfiltered line, etc.

So it sounds like to me he has that already - but something is being blocked?  So his country is blocking inbound connections to him?

If long hosting many servers in other countries,That cost is too high for the individual. If I buy bandwidth from abroad, I think that through BGP technology or other technology should be able to bypass the blockade. dn42 network can work  in my country now. so i think bgp should can bypass.

so i have find these like tool for bypass.  www.v2ray.com

Yes, bad country. There is no freedom. All under the control of control. Now I reply to your forums that such behavior is not free to allow. All actions are to be registered, and once dissatisfied with government control, we will be in jail.

I made a website server, someone else's blog site to write personal hobbies in my server, then what is wrong with words, then the guilty is that I assume. So I think if you want to do a public website or service, you have to go abroad or unrestricted places. So for the sake of freedom is to pay the cost. :'( :-\

A VPN is probably not the best way to accomplish that.

Buy a virtual private server somewhere.

Your government can't say much if your web site is hosted in Texas, USA.

The cost of buying virtual server hardware is too high. like vps server?  i have use widnows 2016 server, it is need more RAM.

If I was to make a VPN service like you are asking for it would cost far more than a VPS or shared-hosting site. No idea what's actually out there. I think some of them like PIA will forward a port but you need to use dynamic DNS for it, etc.
