Am I missing something or has custom DHCP options (like 43) not yet found their way into KEA in 24.11 ?

Aha.
See here : Feature #15321 shows how to use Option 114 in Kea and the related redmine : https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/15321

I've added DHCP option 114 and 43 since yesterday.
It works ^^
