HI, please explain if for example I did manual patching from NetGate. But this patch will apply in pfsense system on next release, they will not interrupt each other? How in this situation will work both indentical patches?

Recommended patches will not cause a problem with upgrades to the next release. Almost always those patches are included in the next version anyway. But if not they are overwritten at upgrade anyway.

So, after upgrading my manual patch will disappear from patches package?

If its a custom patch you have added it will still be there. If you have set it to auto-apply it will try to apply it but it may fail.

to be clear, if the same patch was applied in next release, should me remove the same patch manually applied?

If after upgrade it shows as revertable then it was in the upgrade and you should just remove the patch without reverting it.
