24.03 had a section in the edit firewall rules where it would show that rule's creation date and last modification date. This appears to be missing in 24.11.

      At the bottom of the rule;
      0c52c8e1-74c0-43d8-9cdb-2d59dd36b279-image.png

Is there an option to enable again?

Edit: Rules under PORT FORWARD and NAT do contain this information, firewall rules DO NOT.

@GPz1100 it is a bug and it will be fixed. If you use the 'System_Patches' package commit a39fdd604770 fixes it. Or wait for the next release in 2025.03.

@patient0 How did you find this? I looked through redmine before posting but didn't find an applicable entry.

Never mind, I see it now.. In the closed issues!

          Thanks

@GPz1100 a user made a post about it a week or so ago and @stephenw10 pointed it out.

I couldn't find the thread otherwise I'd link to it :/ Well, quite a bit more than a week ago:

@patient0 Lesson learned. Still figuring things out. This is my first update since switching to pfsense last year.

Normally I wait for a .1 release for most things. Figured after over a month most major issues should be discovered/fixed.

No need to wait. It's time to take action.
                    The issue was/is ready solved.

First step : Look here : System Patches Package v2.2.20 / v2.2.11_17 install it.

So, time to update (install) this package.

                    You'll see that

                    is listed.
Apply it, and call it a day.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

Yup it's in the recommended patches list in the new patches package update.
