Nothing I'm aware of. What would you like to see?

            A SG-3200!

Equipped with a high power 4 core ARM based CPU and:
One 1 Gbe dual identity (rj45/SFP) WAN NIC
            One 2.5 Gbe RJ45 OPT1 NIC
4 switched RJ45 ports on a 2.5 Gbe LAN NIC
M.2 NVMe slot for expansion (eMMC for default storage)
            4 Gb RAM (or more).

I would jump on that immediately :-)

Love the no fuss of using the official appliances :-)

              Capable of routing/firewalling at 2.5Gbps I assume?

Those 4 2.5Gbe switched ports would be nice..
                2 WAN ports..

dead on arrival, nowhere to be found.

Optimally yes, but around 2 gbit would be fine (as long as it is actually 2gbit in real life IMIX situations and not a marketing number).

BUT: The SFP port (dual identity) is CRITICAL. The 4200 does not have one and it makes it a moot product.

You would want to use the GPON/XPON SFP module dircetly? At 1G or some higher speed?

Maybe a home pro product like the 2100-Ultra with 8GB ram or a 4200-formula-one with 8GB ram please??? Pretty please with a cherry on top….

Yes - these boxes needs to be able to terminate fiber connections directly as the last thing I/we need is another router/bridge in front that can also cause issues or break.

I only wrote 1 Gbit for the interface because I understand the cost/product segmentation issue with the 2100 and 4200 on either side of it.
But obviously I would MUCH prefer a 2.5Gbit Dual Identity interface if possible as that would enable XPON capabilites and performance :-)

I'm crossing my fingers for such a product :-)

I'd like to see an ASIC offering to compete with the performance of say a Fortigate. Any Change we ever see that.
