      Hi!

I would like to move all my logs to my own SSD.

I only found this thread via the search, but it doesn't seem appropriate:
      https://forum.netgate.com/topic/195843/unofficial-guide-have-package-logs-record-to-a-secondary-ssd-drive-snort-syslog-squid-and-or-squid-cache-system?_=1738080109597

Is there a guide for this or does anyone have any tips for me?

Like one time or continually? pfSense has no support for multiple disks as standard so doing anything like this requires some custom scripting.

A better way to do this, IMO, is use syslog to export logs to another network device.

@stephenw10 I understand. Thanks for the info.

Then syslog. That was my second thought.
