How long should I wait for a refund to be received for cancelled order?

Essentially, I ordered a pfsense 1100 and chose the pick-up option, assuming it would be conveniently located near me. However, this turned out to be an incorrect assumption. When the employee was processing my order, they noticed the discrepancy and promptly called me to cancel it.
Over a week has passed, and I still haven’t received the refunds. Consequently, I’m unable to reorder the product with the appropriate shipping method.
The order status page still indicates that my order is confirmed, and I haven’t received any emails confirming the cancellation.
I attempted to contact customer service, but my call went straight to voicemail.

@stephenw10 hi thank you for attempting to assist but I finally got a call back.. turns out the employee was out sick for a week and didn’t realize he didn’t mark my order as cancelled properly.
