After Upgrade procedure finish and restart, we get the attached error just after login.

repeated twice on a fresh 2.3.4 image install and have the some behavior .
-
At least one file ( system_get_uniqueid is defined in /etc/inc/system.inc) didn't get copied.
Redo the install and/or check the file /etc/inc/system.inc manually . -
Repeated install and upgrade the same result.
have no idea hot to manually check the files.
Webgui not functional after upgrade -
@VassilisK:
…
Webgui not functional after upgradeThe "Webgui" is a functionality that works great when everything works.
Use the console access ;) -
You probably ran out of RAM at some point. It's also possible it was still updating in the background. The ALIX is sufficiently slow, especially with a slow CF card, that the GUI can become available significantly before all the updates have finished. That can lead to errors if you try to access things at that point.
I would backup the config and flash the 2.3.4 image to a new card, if possible, and update it to 2.3.4_1 before restoring the config.

i would probably run 'pkg upgrade -f' from console/ssh and reboot. maybe stop a few services that might be consuming memory, though indeed installing fresh is also an option..
