I have a SG-4860 running 2.3.4-RELEASE-p1. When I attempted to upgrade to 2.4.0, I got a message that the upgrade failed and nothing was changed.

My setup is straight forward, PPPoE, couple of firewall rules, some VLANs, that is it.

Where do I need to look to figure out why it would not even attempt this upgrade?

    Thanks,
    Brent

I also received a "Failed" on first attempt.  It failed in my download.  Did you try again?  Mine worked perfectly the second attempt.

        Second time was a charm!

        Thanks for the advice.

Exact same experience: "failed" on the download first time. The second time worked perfectly. The reboot time was around 10 minutes, maybe a bit more.
