    Dashboard difference on DNS servers between pfS 2.8.0 and 2.7.2

      I noticed that after an upgrade to 2.8.0, which went smooth by the way ;) , that on the location in System Information on the dashboard there is a second notation in the DNS server(s) section (see below), can anyone explain where this notation comes from or what causes it, as it was not there in 2.7.2.

        @Qinn ::1 is the IPv6 equivalent of 127.0.0.1 in IPv4.

        Means that the DSN server listens to the localhost address on IPv4 and IPv6.

        I think it was missing (in the widget) in 2.7.2 because DNS server did already listen to the IPv6 localhost.

          Thanks for clearing that one out, never came up to think of ipv6 localhost!
