After 2.4 Upgrade internet is DOWN due to "bridge0: driver does not support alt"
-
I just updated my pfsense from the latest 2.3 release out, to 2.4 and immediately lost internet. My log was filled with:
[ There were error(s) loading the rules: pfctl: bridge0: driver does not support altq - The line in question reads [0]: ]
IPv6 traffic works fine and when I drop traffic shaping everything everything ipv4 is back online and fine. I had these same symptoms: https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/3913
Are there known issues w/ traffic shaper? If so, shouldn't the update disable traffic shaping or alert the user to an issue?
Quick overview on my setup: SG2440
- I'm bridging the opt ports/NICs so I can add an additional device or two, I'm also bridging wifi into the lan
