      Hello,

I apologize if this question has been asked before.

In our network, we have primary and also backup domain controllers to that resolve our EXAMPLEDOMAIN.COM .

It looks like there's no way in the GUI add backup DNS override servers for the same domain, is that true?  I'd like to be able to resolve internet addresses, and also still be able to resolve my EXAMPLEDOMAIN.COM if the primary domain controller is down.

This just came up the other day.. You can add multiple entries for a domain override and put as many ns you want for the domain.  If one does not answer the others will be asked, etc.  Let me see if can dig up the thread.. I just posted about it the other day.

edit:  See the bottom part of my post here

Gave example of point 2 entries for a specific domain, and even show attached sniff showing pfsense asking both NS listed in the domain override.
