Route traffic out over VPN

I have two pfsense routers connected via a wireguard VPN

The slave router has issues with IP reputation and some websites & services cannot be accessed. The primary router works well.

Is it possible to route web based traffic out over the VPN link to the primary router to avoid having websites & services blocked?
