pfSense-CE-memstick-2.3.5-DEVELOPMENT-i386-20171021-1839.img and 1548  have the same problem:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function pfsense_interface_listget() in /etc/inc/interfaces.inc on line 101

This error prevents 1) Assign Interfaces from functioning (and probably a lot of other things)

Current snapshots are OK here. Looks like somehow you are missing the pfSense PHP module, or it has failed to load.
