Unable to Register and Download Firmware for SG-1100

Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble registering on the Netgate website. Every time I try to create an account, the system doesn’t let me complete the process. Because of this, I haven’t been able to access the official firmware downloads for my Netgate SG-1100, which I urgently need to update or reinstall the system.
I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to solve the registration issue or, if there’s an alternative channel, how to safely and officially obtain the firmware.

@jra9511 as an alternative channel to get the firmware, open a TAC support request:
https://www.netgate.com/tac-support-request, support level "TAC Lite" and problem category "Firmware Access"
And maybe add that you are unable to create an account (have you tried different email accounts?)

@jra9511 where does it fail in the process.. What error does it present? I just created a new account and didn't have any issues.
