Error when xxtrat PFSENSE ISO file

I just download the PFSENSE 2.8.0 file (netgate-installer-amd64.iso.gz)
When i extrat that file it ask to replace the existing file, i select NO keep destination file.

I got error: Error 0x80070522 . It's a right error, but i'am admin of my computer.

What app to use to extract it, on what OS? And if using gunzip and you choose not to overwrite then nothing happens, it does not rename the output file automatically.

You are probably right, not seen any for a long time ... not using the big W.
