Unable to configure DHCP
-
When I originally set up a Netgate 1100 (24.11-RELEASE) I fat-fingered what should have been a private IP address as 174.24.24.1/24. When I discovered this, I disabled the DHCP server on that interface, changed the IP address on the interface to 172.24.24.1, and then tried to reconfigure and re-enable the DHCP server on that interface. However, I am unable to get the DHCP server to successfully take the new configuration. As far as I know, this is a very ordinary DHCP setup -- pass out IP addresses in a known range to systems connected to this LAN. Tried restarting the Netgate -- did not help.
The red error message appears when I select 'Save' at the bottom of the page with the configuration as shown.
Suggestions on how I could collect useful trouble-shooting data? Or if, by some chance, you have seen this problem before, how did you resolve it?
