Migrating a backup from a 7100 to a 4200 MAX

Hi,
One of our Netgate 7100's has blown its PSU so I have sourced a 4200 MAX to replace it as we dont need all the ports on 7100.
Has anyone migrated a 7100 to 4200 from the backup XML file from a 7100 or other Netgate applicance that isn't the same model.
Its just a basic setup with a site to site VPN and 3 LAN networks
Any tips?

@MattCab The 7100 has a switch. Are you using VLANs to isolate ports?
If so the easiest thing is to open a ticket and Netgate TAC will convert the config file for you for free. Just tell them which interface should be which port on the 4200.
If you are using just generic interfaces and can simply reassign WAN and LAN then you should be able to just restore the config file. The one catch IIRC without looking is to click the Save button before clicking Apply.

Yup that. The 7100 has some specific config complications because of the internal switch. But TAC can convert if for you so it will import into the 4200 directly.
