V2.3.4 to v2.4 / v2.3.5 to v2.4.1 > with v2.4 no VGA output any more / Huawei

did via update v2.3.4 to v2.4 > no VGA output any more
Did new install, plain config v2.3.5 > update to v2.4.1

Result: after bootloader no VGA output any more with v2.4
v2.3 works fine with VGA output

All is set to VGA console in config

any known bug ?

Hardware here is a Huawei Server
