This is the second time that this happened, today.
Orange LED blinking in a SG-4100 25.07.1, but no firmware update available.

Package manager pointing to the wrong repo, from 25.11 I believe.

dead on arrival, nowhere to be found.

@mcury It changed update branches on its own?

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, CPU, and/or disk speed.

Some packages updates available in package manager, but branch set to 25.07.1.
But packages won't update because it is wrong branch.

Are you still seeing this? There was a backend glitch but it should be fixed.

Have a SG-6100 and orange LED is blinking for me. I'm on 25.07.01 branch and no update is available.

If it saw 25.11-beta when the glitch happened it would have triggered the LED. It will clear next time it checks or you can manually clear it with:
                  pfSense-led.sh update 0

                    This worked, thank you!
