Dhcpd stopping/ 1.2rc2 Nov19th

The dhcpd just stops on the 1.2rc2 nov 19th build I have.  It just drops out.  THe Status:Services shows that dhcpd is stopped  When I Click the Start Service button it claims to have started the DHCP services but the status never changes from Stopped.

Diagnostics: Systems Logs: DHCP has no entries

ps aux |grep dhcp*  shows nothing

If pfsense is rebooted then all is fine

I am lost, any ideas
