on pfsense DHCP -> for DNS servers i specified my "virtual lan" as the DNS server which is 10.0.0.1 ( i am using carp)

when I do an nslookup on a client it says

    Server: unknown
    ip address: 10.0.0.1

    and then my results

if i change the dhcp dns to use the physical lan ip to 10.0.0.2 an nslookup will result with
Server: pf145.ansc.purdue.edu (my hostname of the firewall)
    Ip Address: 10.0.0.2

    results…

any way to get it to say the hostname of 10.0.0.1?
