I have Dell R300 Server with a following configuration

      Configuration Dell R 300 Server
      Core2Duo E6305, 2MB Cache 1.8 GHz, 1066MHz FSB
      ATIES 1000 Video Controller 32MBmemory
      2GB X 2 DDRII 667Mhz RAM
Dual Integrated Broadcom 5722 Gigabit Ethernet Controller
      250GB X 2 Hot Pluggable HDDs
Redundant Power Supply                                                                                                                                                  RAID 0,1,5                                                                                                                                                                        8x SATA Slim DVD ROM Drive
      No Keyboard
      No Mouse
I will be putting Intel Pro 1000 Dual Port Server Adapter in it.So a Total of 4 network cards
Which will be used for three different ISPs and One will be used for LAN

My questions are will it support SATA Hdds in it plus the Broadcom network controller.

As pfSense is fully based on FreeBSD 7, it supports the same hardware as in: http://www.ch.freebsd.org/releases/7.0R/hardware.html

Make sure you put sata disks and a perc5/6 raid controller in it. I have read that sas doesnt work very well.

            What about the network controller.

I think it will not support it
