      hello!! i've pfsense with classic multiwan configuration (load balance and failover).
      is it possible set a rule that use ONLY wan2 from and to the microsoft update server? i shuould use traffic shaping or a simple rule? thanks!!

        You use policy routing to determine which gateway to use based on a firewall rule.  That's the easy part.  The hard part is coming up with a master list of IPs/networks used exclusively by Windows Update.

          Probably "easier" to have a local WSUS and shape all of its outgoing traffic and forward to WAN2.
