NAT issue with PFsense

Hello Friends,
I am facing lot of issues with NAT in PFsense.
After a clean install of PFsense and NAT to my internal servers (FTP,WEB etc…) worked fine, but after few weeks I started facing issues accessing my internal servers. Again I tried NAT with different Public IP it works, but if I try the same IP address which was used previously it does not work, have exhausted all my public IPs.

Can any one help in this regards,
