VOIP Phones,CIsco AP and Accesscontrol are not getting IP from DHCP server in PF

HI
VOIP Phones, Cisco AP, and Access Control are not getting IP from DHCP server. Only LAPTOP and PC 's are getting IP. Kindly help me to fix that issues.

There is nothing in pfSense (or any other DHCP server) that would cause that. Do you have VLANs configured for those phones and APs? If so, you'd need to enable the DHCP server on the VLAN.

I have configured DHCP server on Pfsense and also i have enabled DHCP server on all the Vlans. Thanks!
Primary DHCp Server:
LAN Interface 192.168.0.4/24
DHCP Server 192.168.0.21 to 192.168.0.254
Configured failover Peer 192.168.0.5Secondary DHCP server :
LAN INterface 192.168.0.5/24
DHCP Server 192.168.0.21 to 192.168.0.254
Failover Peer Ip 192.168.0.4CARP IP for this interface 192.168.0.8/24
Replication Working fine.
THis is MY configuration. DHCP leasing is working PC and LAptop. But IP Not leasing for VOIP Phones.
I found logs in pfsense. Please find the below
