Pppoe server: radius–> pubblic ip at clients

hi… is possiblebblic ip to give a pubblic ip at one client ???  i can pass a ip by radius database but if i give a pubblic ip  to client , he cannot go on internet.  i have think who with private static ip  --- nat 1:1---pubblic ip  but pfsense cannot nat the pppoe subnet... anithing have idea??
