      does squidguard and proxy save https request?
      How do i empty the cache?

        By default, squid does not cache HTTPS requests.  I am not even sure if Squid can be set up to do this.  http://squid-cache.org

        I believe you can empty the cache by deleting the contents of var/squid/cache and then rebooting or restarting the service.  You might have to run squid -z, search this forum for more info on that.
