I just can't get it to return flows or any indication it's working, even in debug mode.

Is there anything special required to get it working?

I did on version 0.89, but then I did a clean install of 0.90 and I didn't try it again.

I just have to change a little /usr/local/etc/rc.d/pfflowd.sh.  I have to find the changes I've done in order to work, just let me dig into my docs and I'll be right here with some sugestions buddy.

I tried starting the service manually with the following command line "pfflowd 192.168.x.x -n 2055" the service starts and I get this returned to console "ZZZZ4" … does anybody know what it means?
Anyway even when the service is started there is no netflow output listening on the client.

So … I guess that "in the real world" nobody figured out how to make this PKG working! I think it should be marked as broken. If anyone has suggestion I will be more than happy to test them on my box.

It's been marked broken for over a week!
