Dual wan don't work

Hi to everione, i have installed pfsense 1-rc2 and I have onfigured it for load balancing gateway, but it don't work
All the traffic is always routed on the same gateway
The two router is connected to the same ISP and the Monitor ip is the same.
Someone con help me? -
Loadbalancing/policybased routing works. It's well tested and used on a lot of systems out there. Please search the forum. I think nearly every kind of missconfiguration or wrong understnding has already been discussed somewhere. monitor IP should be different.
