hello, first i'd like to say thanks for pfsense, it's wonderful.

I've pretty much got the traffic shaper working how i want it with one very minor exception…xbox live

the issue is i don't play xbox live myself, my brother does but he pays for half the connection and that's pretty much all he uses it for...i on the otherhand do a lot of p2p and web browsing...i've managed to get the shaper working well enough to not notice any slow down when browsing but he insists that he's noticing issues with xbox live when torrents are going.

      my question is this:
the queue for  games has m2 set at 1kb which to me seems really low......but i have no idea what to set it at....

if anyone else has any experience with this, i'd be hugely indebted to you

just to give you an idea of my connection...i ran the speedtest at http://www.speedtest.net/ without the shaper on, and no other traffic and i get, on average 22460 kbit/s down and 2091 kbit/s up

i lowered the numbers when running the wizard....i used 17000 and 1600...i'd be lying if i said i wasn't just guessing but after reading many posts in this forum it seems being wrong in the lower end is better than setting it too high.

      thanks
