      @sullrich:

      Works fine here.

      Did you reset states after running the shaping wizard?

      Yes. I did it many times :( Queues made by shaper wizard works only - qwandef & qwanacks

        And you are testing the configuration that the traffc shaping wizard created without modifying anything?

                No idea.  The devs are burned out on the shaper currently.

                  I need to restrict outgoing bandwidth for traffic from some tcp ports (2000-2020). Is it possible now in any way?

                    Create a queue for that traffic and assign an upperlimit to edit. Then send the desired traffic to this queue by a trafficshaperrule.

                      It does not work. Only 2 type of queues working: qwandef/qdmzdef & qacks.

                        It's stateful. Reset states after changing rules at diagnostics>states, reset states. If it still does not work your rules/queues are wrong.

                          Thanks, i know this.
                          Now everything is all right. New queues started to work, but only after rebooting! May be state reseting does not work properly…

                            We fixed a condition with 1.0-RELEASE where under certain circumstances rules were not applied after hitting apply. You should upgrade to the release version.
