After updating from RC3e to RELEASE web management fails, if I try to start lighty from the shell I get this error:

      lighttpd -f lighty-webConfigurator.conf

      2006-10-16 12:50:52: (plugin.c.417) plugin-version doesn't match lighttpd-version for indexfile
2006-10-16 12:50:52: (server.c.807) Initialization of plugins failed. Going down.

It should be ok when you did all the previous updates, however I suggest to simply reflash.

The problem is that the lighttpd binary version 1.4.13 is not included in the 1.0-release file, only the modules and libs.

Here is a upgrade file with that file included.

He could try http://wiki.pfsense.com/wikka.php?wakka=UpgradingViaShell to upgrade from shell or local console.

                    Or simply reinstall / reflash.
