      Hi,
I am running a SBS 2008 server behind a pfsense router. I want to connect directly to my windows server with L2TP.

On my wan interface I have one public static IP. Furthermore I have 32 IP’s in another range that are routed to my wan IP.
For my SBS server I have created a 1 to 1 NAT with a IP from my extra IP range(I don’t use any Virtual ip's).
All traffic to my SBS's servers lan ip is allowed and any protocol from anywhere.

All my other services work’s fine(PPTP, HTTP, HTTPS and more). L2TP works from the lan. So I think it is a routing/NAT problem.

Has anybody got any ideas? I have browsed and searched a bit through to forum,  but without luck.

      Thanks Guys.

What are you trying to do L2TP?  I have a 2003 SBS server and it sits behind a pfsense (it's a vitrual server).  It runs great.  I got http, vpn's. smtp traffic and file replication running over the wan.  Can you give just a little more detail.
