I've just installed a router using pfsense 1.0.1, and i'm wondering if there is any way you can setup the router to handle "virtual" domains? This is my issue: I have two servers, both assigned (well, used to be assigned) each a different domain name. As their function do not conflict, this is not an issue if i'm outside the network, as the router just forwards whatever is thrown at it to the right server, but from within the network, trying to reach websites on the webserver won't work, as it just directs me to the webgui. Any way to fix this?

Not sure if I understand you correctly but I guess you want to enable nat reflection at system>advanced (very bottom).
