Questions about Carp?

I have want to setup 3 Pfsense firewall at my work. I am wondering can I setup carp with all 3 firewall to sync. up with each other for update, or What would I use carp for?

CARP Syncing is for a local cluster to have a hot standby machine that will take over the work of the master machine if it fails. It's not to maintain/sync several different systems at different locations. You only can sync master to backup machines this way that will have the same config.
