[ask] throttle ftp download

i use 1.22 stable, with squid transparent proxy.
have work to throttle http download per user.
but, not for ftp download … am i missing here
i would like to throttle http and ftp download at same time
any one experience for this

ftp is impossible.they can ssh-d too.. how did you set your squid to throttle http downloads? what number or size you put for http downloads?
