      My problem is that squid don't log after my server boot (access.log and cache.log) … but if I restart it since the webgui or ssh, it's logging again...where is the matter????

        Try the latest version which is p15 at this time, using reinstall package.

                honestly with the latest version this is not an issue that I know up, go to installed packages and update it
