HELP ME PLZ–----------Fail over Setting
-
did you try to pull out one of the links?
-
It will work though the first rule already matches all traffic. This one should usually be the last rule (balance all non above specified traffic). The other 2 pools then can be used in rules above this one to assign special traffic that can't be handled when hopping between IPs to only one link (like https for example) with failover option in case the preferred link dies. Your current setup will just loadbalance all traffic.

i want laodBalance all the traffice and when a link is down all the traffic go through other link and when both links is up the traffice goes through load Balancer
I am UnderStand Bur not Confirm What to Do
So can you Rewirte the Aobve Rules for LoadBalance and Failover
Thanks

What version are you using, the baseline 1.0.1 build does not work with loadbalancing.
Any of the recent snaphot updates will work though.
I am using:
1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-02-27-2007
built on Fri Mar 2 00:59:00 EST 2007and it works very well.
You can get updates here:

Thanks i Will Update But The problem is still There How To make Rules for my Reqiurement
-
Have youread the wiki guide http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Multi-Wan/Load-Balancing
Aldo note if you update your build and have already setup the load balancing pools, you must re set up the pools or it will not work - lots of other threads explain this. It might be better to start from a clean build as you are already having problems.

I have configured the Load Balnce( wan + opt1 which work fine) and Failover (wan over opt1 and opt1 over wan)
I have the Latest SnapShot according to This document
http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Multi-Wan/Load-Balancing
NOW LoaDBalance is Working Fine
Now i want laodBalance all the traffice and when a link is down all the traffic go through other link and when both links is up the traffice goes through load Balancer
My Rules are
–----------------------------------------------------------------
Proto --- source --- port --- destination --- port --- Gateway

Wasim,
Are these are your LAN firewall rules? I assume yes.You should only have the loadbalancer rule in place.
Your load balancer pools should look like this:
http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Image:LoadBalance.jpg
If this is all OK, what happens when you disconnect 1 router?
Can you access anything?
Does DNS name resolution still work?
Can you ping out to an IP address from the pfSense box?
Can you ping out to an IP address from the router that is still connected? -
Yes the Rules are not Lan Interface
Yes My Pools is same as give in Picture
Let Me Check other things Than i will Tell You
Thanks for u r Coporation God Give u all the Happiness :-*

As Pootle said you only want rule 2
Proto --- source --- port --- destination --- port --- Gateway ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 any Lansubnet any any any LoadBalancer pool
Aisay agar aik WAN bund ho gaya, doosra chalta rahay ga, agar 'LoadBalancer' pool sahi hai to. Loadbalancer ka screenshot day do.
