Which dual port adapter?

Hi,
I wish to install pfsense 1.2.2 on my new HP DL 360G5 server but I also need a dual ethernet port adapter.
The HP NC360T is based on Intel 82571EB and the HP NC380T is based on Broadcom 5706 chip.
Which is the best choice for pfsense?

Intel.  Get the server versions of their cards if you can muster the extra $$.  Newegg usually has pretty good prices on them.
