the pfSense squid package does not support multi-WAN.  In order to use squid in this scenario, install squid on a separate machine and load balance its traffic.

          http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?action=search

Loadbalancing is a kind of policy routing.
Rules are only applied on traffic inbound on an interface
pfSense cannot make use of the loadbalancing pool itself. (Since there are no outbound rules which can have a lb-pool as gateway)
          Squid runs on the pfSense.

We do what we must, because we can.

            You can install Vmware esxi
If you install 2 seperate virtual machine (one for load balance and one for squid) on Vm, you can use load başance and proxy same time.

Çözümün bir parçası değilsen, sorunun bir parçasısındır.

Actually i'm thinking about the modifying pf rules.
I always wanted to setup squid-> traffic shaper -> load balancer

We know you are, and we're telling you that squid won't work with a multi-wan install of pfSense.  Squid doesn't grok route-to.
