How to add neighbor cache (sibling) to squid?

I want to add the following

cache_peer 10.214.0.222 sibling 3128 3130 no-delay

to my squid.conf.

I have to edit /usr/local/squid/squid.conf to do that and ignore the warning "Do not edit manually"?

I'm asking before i ruin my configuration.

To add extra parameters to squid.conf, you have to edit /usr/local/pkg/squid.inc
