Upgrading package

Hello, i have what must be a stupid question but i see in my installed package that i am running hold version and i am wondering how to upgrade them!

I have done a search but nothing came back, is must be to simple…

I think i found it! It is actually very easy, just click on System/packages/Installed packages and just click Reinstall this package

If it is not it let me know!
