        http://wiki.mozilla.org/Help:Reverting_a_page_to_an_earlier_version does not work on the doc pages….lots of spam there.

        Manually deleting spam is not too good because the spammer might have changed some of the docs.

          We reverted back to an earlier version. The spam actually did overwrite content that was there earlier.

            I meant that it was spammed again. I tried to revert it but couldn't figure out how to so I just deleted the spam. Pls revert it

                Can the user Talk be deleted or something…theres huge amounts of spam there by this guy.

                  We are checking possibilities to lock the wiki down in the one or the other way. Hope we'll get that issue fixed soon.

                    There are a few ways you can lock it down. You can change the default permissions to not allow edits, you can lock the page, you can put it in a different namespace and then protect the namespace.

                      It looks like we have to upgrade the wiki first before we can do so. Thanks for the suggestions. We'll come back to you if we have problems getting it secured  :)

                        Ahh, true, you're using 1.5.5.
                        Go for 1.9.3.

                        I've never had any problems upgrading (except when I tried to downgrade… cause I thought I was on a different version).
