All is running fine and stable.
Behind ive about 100 Users (WLAN)now im wondering if it is possible to UPDATE to …. let me say ....

It is. The only thing that you might have to do after upgrading is editing your loadbalancer pools as the new interface uses a different logic (we try to upgrade the config but it might still be needed for some cases).
If it breaks there are some very simple steps to get it up again:
- services>loadbalancer
- edit all existing pools
- delete all poolmembers
- add them back using the new logic
- save and apply
That's it.
However, backing up the config before doing the upgrade is always recommended and maybe having a livecd ready to be prepared for a reinstall (though you should not need it).

I have the same setup as you, for the same number of users. I performed the upgrade and ran into various problems, but I'm fairly confident they were all my fault. As hoba says, make sure you recreate your load balancing pools. I found that one WAN stopped appearing on the list of available interfaces, I had to go and specify a gateway, which I had not done before.
I'm using 1.2 Beta 1 now, and it's going great!

Just one thing to add and stress - BACKUP YOUR CONFIG FIRST. ;)
I doubt if anything bad will happen, but just in case, you may save yourself a lot of trouble by backing up first.

Thank you all for the tips and hints. For sure i will do the backup :-)
First of all i will double my disk with something like Acronis to an other disk for an exact copy of the running system
Afterwards i will "Backup" my settings
Then i will update
Afterwards i delete all LB Pools and create new onesIf all fails i put in the disk i created in the first step
Greetings

Don't delete the pools, only delete the gateways from the pools and reassigne them. If you delete the pools all your assigned gateways in your firewallrules will get lost I think. Deleting the gateways from the pools and readding them is enough to get it running again.

Good point.
