        Someone in another thread reported that they had a Intel PT chipset PCIe card running on 6.2 based pfSense (didn't work under 1.0.1).

            Yes, I believe 6.2 already has the correct driver for the PCIe GB nics. The Intel guys (wired nics at least) seem to be pretty good about keeping the FreeBSD driver current.
